VALVEWORKS USA API 6A FRAC VALVES

While Valveworks USA manufactures a wide variety of API 6A products, our specialty is the manufacture of API 6A gate valves. We manufacture Manual (Handwheel Operated) valves, valves w/ ball-screw operators (for torque and number of turns reduction), valves w/ hydraulic actuators (both double-acting / HCR, and single-acting / spring-return safety valves), and valves with pneumatic actuators (both diaphragm & piston type).

A few years ago, Valveworks USA introduced the “FM” line of gate valves used specifically for fracture (frac) applications. These large-bore / high-pressure frac valves require very high quality manufacturing techniques to ensure that the best valve possible is put out into the oil & gas fields across the world. With the increasing technology in drilling and frac methods, the demand for high-quality, dependable valves has increased tremendously. These valves are exposed to extreme conditions in all sense of the word. From weather, vibration, harmonics, turbulence, extremely high pump-down pressures, and multi-stage fracs, these valves have to be built right the first time, from high quality materials.

There is no room in the industry for manufacturers that take shortcuts on materials, assembly methods, or testing procedures. Valveworks USA’s frac valves, whether Manual, Ball-Screw Operated, or Hydraulic (HCR) are field-tested, and field-proven with a very good track record.
