The Valveworks USA Slab Gate is a mission-critical component of our gate valves, engineered for reliable performance in demanding environments. Precision-manufactured from high-strength materials such as 410 stainless steel and 4130 alloy steel, these gates are available with optional surface treatments including Xylan®, Nitride coatings, and hard-faced HVOF overlays for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

Each slab gate is meticulously machined and quality-inspected to ensure a robust metal-to-metal seal, reduced flow turbulence, and low-pressure drop. Designed to accommodate a full range of standard trim classes, they offer bi-directional sealing for upstream and downstream applications.
